Our polyurethane adhesive products are widely used for gaskets, durable elastomeric wheels and tires, automotive suspension bushings, electrical potting compounds, high performance applications, Spandex fibers, seals, gaskets, glass, carpet underlay, metal components, concrete, woodworking, hard plastic parts (such as for electronic instruments), and a plethora of other uses. Located in Saint Louis, Missouri, deVan Sealants is an industry leader in creating and producing polyurethane adhesives for a variety of businesses — from automotive to assembly to construction to HVAC to manufacturing.

Standard, OEM & Custom Formulations Producer

We have standard formulations, bulk orders and lot productions of our polyurethane adhesive sealant products packaged and ready for delivery directly to your company. If you need custom or OEM formulae to meet your requirements for automotive assembly or any other commercial industry production, we have onsite capabilities to develop formulations and then produce the amounts that your company requires. We will work with your chemical development personnel to create an original formula or use your formulations and manufacture per your exact specifications.

All our formulations meet or exceed federal, state, and local laws and ordinances regulatory requirements. Our quality products do not contain asbestos or related compounds; and are guaranteed to be safe. All products and formulations have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Technical Sheets and instructions on storage, use and safety, i.e. if personnel are exposed to the product.

Versatile, Resilient Chemical Characteristics

Whatever they are used for, polymer adhesives have many valuable properties. They are water resistant. They are very resilient to extreme temperatures and remain stable up to 210° F (100° C). And they theoretically can be effective in a thickness of only 0.0004 inches (0.01 mm). Cure time is a matter of seconds. When cured, they are highly flexible making them viable in mediums that have a lot of shock and vibration; and yet resist being dissolved by even harshly acidic or alkaline chemicals.
