401.2 Extruded Bead Sealer

Description

401.2 is a general purpose, thumb-grade sealer used for water, dust, air sealing and sound deadening applications. It is used in the assembly of automobiles, trailers, refrigerator cabinets, railroad cars, prefabricated buildings and other areas wherever a non-staining, non-hardening, non-drying sealer is required.

401.2 sealer is compatible with plastics, rubber and paint. It may be painted over without softening or discoloring paint. It will withstand normal bake cycles without hardening or cracking. 401.2 exhibits good adhesion to commercially clean surfaces. It is insoluble in water but soluble in hydrocarbon solvents. 401.2 is available in extruded bead or tape form.
